You may find yourself in a helpless situation but when you have Jesus, you can never be hopeless. God is ever present with you and will never leave you hopeless. He is always after your best interest, even when it seems like he's distant. The Bible says, "God, who raises the dead. He has delivered us... and he will deliver us again. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us." - 2 Corinthians 1:9-10, NIV - Stay hopeful and keep on going! Just like a manufacturer has an instruction manual on how to operate a product, the Lord has the know-how of how we can achieve his purpose. So, it makes sense to ask him to help us achieve his purpose for our lives. As you say this prayer, may the Lord help you identify whatever he's created you to do, in Jesus name, amen.
